I loved the Gary's and I love these even more! The fit is great I sized up in the Gary but no need with the Gaia. The material is slightly thicker and I love the more structured waist band! It's a YES from me. Originally posted on www.sweatybetty.com

I have loved the Gary yoga pants for years and this new version is not as good. The pockets sit badly and gape open. The fabric is ok but the sizing is strange. I bought a small but because they are a baggy fit i should have bought xs. Really disappointed. Originally posted on www.sweatybetty.com

I loved the Gary's and was very nervous buying the Gaia's due to the reviews but…..I'm a fan! Yes they are cut differently, slightly more material in the leg and not as tapered as Gary but the material is so soft and they feel wonderful. Yes the pockets tend not to lie flat but I can cope with that. I'm going to purchase another pair; embrace the change! Originally posted on www.sweatybetty.com
