HOME DELIVERY

Next day delivery is available in most major cities. Outside of the major cities, your order will be delivered by DHL within 1-3 working days*.

Next day delivery is only available on orders placed Monday - Thursday before 5pm. Orders placed on a Friday and Saturday will be delivered on a Monday and orders placed on a Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday. Next day delivery to home will not apply to orders placed after 5pm, on a bank holiday or during a sale period and is subject to stock, courier area and availability. Delivery times will be confirmed when you place your order.

*Please allow extra days for Swedish holidays, UK national holidays and sale time. Collection may be required where duties are payable.

Please be aware that DHL are unable to deliver to some remote locations outside their service area. If this is the case, DHL will contact you to collect your parcel from your nearest DHL collection point.

We’re sorry, shipping to an alternative address in another country is not possible.

Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.

STORE DELIVERY

We currently offer free delivery to our Next store in Stockholm, Sweden.*

When you’re at the delivery screen:

  • Click on ‘Store Delivery’ in the ‘Arrange Delivery’ section of the screen.
  • Our Stockholm store will be pre-selected for you
  • When you’ve selected store delivery, you’ll be given the date from which your order will be available to collect

Please take your order confirmation email and some form of identification when collecting your order from the store, for example a driving license, utility bill or credit/debit card.

*Exceptions apply –

  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed
  • Store delivery is not available during sale periods.
  • Some stores are not able to take orders for collection due to space/storage restrictions or the store closing down for refurbishment

We’ll send you an email and/or text once your order is ready for collection at the store.

We'll hold onto your order for 14 days. If you can't collect it by this time, no problem! We'll happily return it for you and refund your original payment method.
